Actress, model, and visual artist Solenn Heussaff is bringing her artistic vision to an international audience as she joins a group of 15 Filipino artists participating in Manille à Paris: Contemporary Dialogues, an exhibition taking place during Paris Art Week in France from October 23 to 29, 2026. Organized by DF Art Agency and Galerie D’Antoine, in collaboration with FOCUS Asia Contemporary Art, the exhibition highlights the diversity of Philippine contemporary art through works spanning painting, sculpture, and other artistic disciplines. The participating artists include Gus Albor, Anna Bautista, Olivia d’Aboville, Raffy Napay, and Jorge Yulo, among others.
Heussaff is presenting “Tangled Sanctuary,” a two-panel artwork measuring five by four feet per panel, created using acrylic, ink, and oil pastels on canvas. The piece depicts a dense, abstract landscape with a pathway running through its center, exploring the possibility of finding comfort and calm amid life’s uncertainties. In an Instagram post, Heussaff described the exhibition as a personal milestone, reflecting on her connection to Paris, where she spent childhood summers and lived for three years while studying. For the French-Filipino artist, showcasing her work in a city that helped shape her identity represents a meaningful return to a place she considers a second home.
The exhibition also places Heussaff among established and emerging Filipino artists presenting their work to international audiences, contributing to wider recognition of the country’s evolving contemporary art scene. While she remains widely known for her career in television and entertainment, her participation reflects her continuing development as a visual artist. Her announcement drew congratulations from husband Nico Bolzico and fellow celebrities, including Dingdong Dantes, Janine Gutierrez, Iza Calzado, and Bianca Gonzalez. Beyond the celebrity attention, Manille à Paris provides a platform for Filipino creativity within one of Europe’s most prominent cultural centers.
