PH Review Centers thank Grandison, laud its ‘Gold Standard’ in ethical recruitment

Philippine review centers gathered at The Manila Hotel on April 16 to celebrate Grandison Management, Inc.’s 16th anniversary, praising the company’s newly launched “Grandison Gold Standard,” a comprehensive framework of strengthened ethical recruitment policies and support systems that Grandison says is designed “to better serve Filipino healthcare professionals pursuing careers in the United States.”

The “Gold Standard” formalizes key commitments the company says have guided its operations since its founding, including clearer employment contracts, stronger safeguards for professional mobility, structured pathways for addressing concerns, and enhanced communication and support throughout a healthcare professional’s U.S. journey. The milestone celebration also featured discussions on the growing demand for nurses in the US, and the  rollout of Grandison Gold Modules, a nationwide visitation program featuring immersive workshops on cultural integration, contract literacy, financial wellness, and mental health readiness.

In attendance were institutional partners of Grandison including Pearson, an English test institution; PTE Magic, an English review center; Ray A. Gapuz Review System, and GH Premier, both prominent review centers in the country.

Josette Degala of GH Premier highlighted that Grandison provides full sponsorship for candidates, a commitment that now extends even further with the upcoming launch of the Grandison Gold Modules, a nationwide visitation program bringing critical information and awareness to academies, review centers, and rehabilitation facilities across the Philippines. The program features four immersive workshops: The Grandison Bridge, The Grandison Lawsuit, The Grandison Ledger, The Grandison Shield. The workshops are intended to educate the Filipino healthcare community in navigating the U.S. healthcare system more smoothly and efficiently. There is also a concluding session on mental health resilience and peer-support networking.

Meanwhile, Mark Flores of Pearson pointed to a shared vision as the foundation of the collaboration. “We give our nurses the opportunity for a better life. Our partnership is shaped by shared values, and we work together because we share the same vision,” Flores said. 

Grandison Chief Operations Officer John Lalic reinforced the company’s standard of excellence, stating, “We partner with the best review centers because we strive to be the best.”
