New LTO office planned in Alaminos on donated land

A new and larger office of the Land Transportation Office is set to be built in Alaminos City to improve services for motorists in western Pangasinan.

The project will rise on a 5,000-square-meter property donated by Rep.Arthur F. Celeste, where the new building for the LTO Alaminos District Office will be constructed. The facility is estimated to cost around P30 million.

Officials said the planned office aims to provide a more spacious and accessible facility for motorists and residents from Alaminos and nearby towns who rely on LTO services.

The donation was formally received by Land Transportation Office Region I led by Regional Director Glorioso Daniel Z. Martinez.

Martinez said the project is expected to help address the increasing number of clients and transactions in the area once completed.
