Muntinlupa youth participate as ‘little officials’ for National Children’s Month

To celebrate National Children’s Month and Boys and Girls Week, 204 young residents of Muntinlupa are participating as Little Officials, experiencing governance first-hand. This program, now in its 37th year, is organized by the Youth Affairs and Sports Development Office (YASDO) and allows children to shadow city officials, acting as Little Mayor, Vice Mayor, Councilors, and Department Heads.

The event began on November 12 and will conclude with an educational tour on November 15, designed to foster a sense of responsibility and leadership in future city leaders.
