Malabon recognized for ‘outstanding governance’

Malabon City will be honored today, October 28, at the 2024 Urban Governance Exemplar Awards by the Department of the Interior and Local Government-National Capital Region (DILG-NCR) for its exemplary governance. The city was recognized as the top-performing LGU in the Peace and Order Council and Anti-Drug Abuse Council audits. Malabon was also awarded as the most improved LGU in the Manila Bay Clean-up, Rehabilitation, and Preservation Program.

Mayor Jeannie Sandoval expressed pride in the city’s accomplishments, underscoring their dedication to delivering quality services to Malabueños.
