200 Caloocan families receive land allocations

Nearly 200 families in Caloocan were awarded Certificates of Entitlement for Lot Allocation (CELA) on October 19, providing them legal ownership of their lots. The distribution ceremony took place at the Ugnayang Bagong Lakas ng Magkakapitbahay (UBLM) Covered Court, Barangay 166, and was led by Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan and the city’s Housing and Relocation Office (HARO).

The city government is committed to expanding housing initiatives, including socialized housing programs that offer affordable housing options for more families.
