Jobs, skills training launched at Pasay’s ‘Pasayahin 2024’

As part of the festivities marking Pasay’s 161st Anniversary and the annual ‘Pasayahin Fest,’ the ‘Trabaho Para sa Pasayeño: Job Fair and Skills Training’ event took place on December 3 at the Pasay City Astrodome, with the leadership of Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano.


In her message, Mayor Calixto-Rubiano encouraged the participants to “embrace the core values that can help them succeed,” “I  hope those who find jobs or learn new skills in this training will embody these valies. First, learn to collaborate with your colleagues. Communicate with respect and politeness. Coordinate tasks and responsibilities efficiently. And most importantly, commit to doing your best in the job you will receive. In the skills training, use what you’ve learned to improve your future and make life better—not just for yourself, but also for your loved ones.”
