Manilaโs repeat win as a top city destination came after beating an elite lineup that included New York, London, Lisbon, Dubai, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Cape Town โ a nod to the capitalโs rising cultural scene, revamped heritage zones, expanding food landscape, and improving readiness for major global events.
