World AIDS Day celebrated in Muntinlupa

On December 3, Muntinlupa City hosted the Red Flag Dance Mania at the Museo ng Muntinlupa as part of its observance of World AIDS Day. The event featured various dance groups from local schools, showcasing their talent in a spirited competition.

Poblacion National High School took home the top prize in the interpretative dance competition, followed by Muntinlupa Business High School-Sucat Annex and Muntinlupa Business High School-Main.

Beyond the dance competition, the event also included HIV awareness activities and voluntary HIV counseling and testing for participants.

In his message, Mayor Ruffy Biazon highlighted that the event was “not only a commemoration but also an important opportunity to raise awareness, promote education, and provide support to the community.”
