The UAAP Season 87 Table Tennis Tournament officially opened on November 19 at the Home Court in Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parañaque. After a two-day postponement due to Super Typhoon Pepito, seven schools competed in the tournament: Adamson University, Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University, Far Eastern University, University of the East, University of the Philippines, and University of Santo Tomas.
The UST Tiger Paddlers are aiming for their 5th consecutive Men’s title, while the DLSU Lady Paddlers are vying for a three-peat in the Women’s division. The tournament will run until November 26.
