Taguig Love Caravan brings health services to Barangay Tanyag

Taguig City’s local government unit (LGU) brought its “Taguig Love Caravan” to Barangay Tanyag on November 7, offering free medical and dental services to local residents. Held at the Purok 5 Covered Court, the event was led by the City LGU’s Medical Assistance Office.

The Taguig Love Caravan, which operates three times a week across various barangays, aims to provide essential health services, including medical check-ups, laboratory tests, and dental services like tooth extractions.

During this visit, 623 residents received services: 436 individuals were provided with medical assistance, and 187 underwent dental extractions. In addition, the Nutrition Office conducted a seminar on affordable and nutritious meal preparation, highlighting options that can be turned into livelihood opportunities.

Mayor Lani Cayetano commended the efforts of the city’s medical staff, doctors, and government personnel, recognizing their commitment to delivering these services to residents throughout Taguig.
