Taguig distributes land titles through ‘Handog Titulo’ Program

The Taguig city government, in collaboration with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), distributed over 100 land titles during the ‘Handog Titulo’ Program on December 9, 2024, in Barangay New Lower Bicutan.

Beneficiaries received Transfer Certificate Titles and Free Patent Titles through the Residential Free Patent Application (RFPA) and Executive Order (EO) 70. The event was part of the city’s ongoing efforts to secure legal ownership for residents.

The Taguig Local Land Titling and Management Office has distributed over 300 land titles this year, addressing long-standing land ownership issues and providing residents with security over their properties.
