The streets of Rosario, Cavite, were filled with excitement during the 18th Tinapang Salinas Festival last October 18 and 19, featuring vibrant street dancing and a free concert that brought the Rosario community together.
Celebrating local culture, the festival showcased colorful performances from various barangays, each group displaying their creativity and passion through traditional dances.
The free concert featured local artists and bands, offering a diverse range of music that had the crowd singing and dancing along. The night was a highlight for many, drawing residents and visitors alike.
Cavite 1st District Rep. Jolo Revilla, Mayor Jose Voltaire V. Ricafrente, Vice Mayor Bamm Gonzales, and other local officials graced the event and expressed their pride in the community’s vibrant participation in the acitivities.Â
Festival-goers also indulged in delicious local cuisine and explored various booths showcasing crafts and products from the area, enhancing the festive experience.
Fishing serves as the main source of livelihood for many residents in Rosario, proudly recognized as the Tinapang Salinas Capital of the Philippines.
