On November 20, 2024, Ayala Foundation officially turned over additional seed funds to six groups in Leadership Community 3 (LEADCOM 3) at the City Hall Lobby. Garrett Nolasco, Senior Manager for Ayala Foundation Mindanao Operations, personally initiated the distribution of these funds.

The recipients of the additional seed funds include Team Agripreneur Urios and Team Taguibo, each receiving 15,000 pesos; Team Sponti and Team GROW, each receiving 20,000 pesos; and Team Lambo and Team Cheaper AF, each receiving 25,000 pesos.

The additional funding aims to further support and sustain their projects, ensuring long-term benefits for the communities they serve. These groups were selected for the funds based on the improvements observed during their presentations and site visits.

In his message, Nolasco highlighted that every year, the LEADCOM projects continue to improve in quality and impact, with local youth leading the way. He also expressed gratitude to the local government of Butuan for their continued support of LEADCOM over the past three years.

Alongside the seed funds, the six groups were also presented with Certificates of Completion in recognition of their achievements.
