Local governments in Quezon City, Malabon, and Caloocan are preparing for Undas with enhanced security and support measures at major cemeteries. Quezon City has stationed public assistance personnel at bus terminals and cemetery entrances, while Malabon expects around 30, 000 visitors and has arranged 775 security personnel, medical stations, and ambulances. In Caloocan, Mayor Along Malapitan has deployed help desks and security in several cemeteries across the city to manage the expected turnout effectively.
