Quezon City distributes educational aid to students with disabilities

The Quezon City government distributed educational assistance to 449 children with disabilities on December 23 at the Risen Garden, Quezon City Hall. The Social Services Development Department (SSDD) led the program, which aimed to support students enrolled in public schools for the 2024-2025 academic year.

City officials stated that the initiative is part of the local government’s commitment to easing the financial burdens faced by families of children with disabilities. The distribution underscores Quezon City’s focus on promoting inclusivity and ensuring that education remains accessible for all its residents.
