PAKWAN FESTIVAL—Thirty-six-year-old Jeypee Castil arranges the watermelon (pakwan) he is selling at his makeshift stall in Poblacion, Bani. AQUACULTURE DAY—Some of the catfish or hito, and malaga or rabbitfish (insert photos), entries are on display before the competition to select the heaviest bangus (milkfish), malaga (rabbitfish), and hito (catfish) at the Binmaley Training Center on Wednesday (January 28).
