PCOL Joey D. Casupanan has been appointed as the new Provincial Director of the Palawan Police Provincial Office (PPO), succeeding PCOL Carlito A. Narag Jr.
The turnover ceremony was led by PRO MIMAROPA Regional Director PBGEN Roger Quesada at Camp BGen Efigenio C. Navarro in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.
Prior to his appointment, PCOL Casupanan served with the Highway Patrol Group (HPG). PCOL Narag, who had been serving as Palawan PPO’s Provincial Director since April 2023, will be reassigned to the Regional Headquarters.
