Mayor John Rey Tiangco of Navotas City signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) for the NavotaAs Art Scholarship Program for the 2024-2025 school year. The MOA was signed at the Navotas City Hall Grounds with 15 students and their parents.
The scholarship will provide each student with PhP 16, 500 annually for transportation and food allowances, along with PhP 20, 000 for workshops and training. The program is designed to support students pursuing education in the arts and help foster talent in the community.
