NAPOLCOM 7 Regional Director honored at Cebu City ceremony

CEBU CITY, Philippines – The Police Regional Office 7 (PRO7) Headquarters at Camp Sergio Osmeña Sr. held a ceremony on November 8, 2024, to recognize National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) 7 Regional Director Ma. Teresa E. Tuburan-Pacudan, CESO IV, for her “contributions to public service and law enforcement in Central Visayas.”

The event, attended by government officials, law enforcement personnel, and other dignitaries, acknowledged Tuburan-Pacudan’s leadership in enhancing NAPOLCOM’s role in the region.

During her tenure, Tuburan-Pacudan has led initiatives focused on professionalizing the Philippine National Police (PNP), improving public safety, and fostering community trust. She has worked to advance transparency in recruitment and promotion processes within the PNP and supported efforts addressing gender-based violence.

In her role as NAPOLCOM 7 Regional Director, Tuburan-Pacudan has contributed to addressing public safety challenges in Central Visayas, including drug trafficking and the need for high standards of conduct among police personnel.
