NAIA parking fees hike under new management

San Miguel Corporation (SMC), which now operates the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) through its consortium New NAIA Infrastructure Corporation (NNIC), has significantly increased the overnight car parking rates from Php 300 to Php 1,200, a 300% hike. This change took effect on October 1, 2024. Additionally, short-term parking rates have also increased, with the first two hours now costing Php 50 (up from Php 40) and four hours costing Php 100 (up from Php 55).

NNIC stated that these adjustments are necessary to fund ongoing facility maintenance and improvements at NAIA. Aside from car parking, motorcycle parking now costs Php 20 for the first two hours, with an additional Php 10 per hour afterward, and bus parking costs Php 100 for the first two hours, with Php 50 charged for each hour after that. These new rates will apply to all parking areas under NAIA’s management.
