Manila’s “People’s Day” provides support to cancer, dialysis patients

Nearly 400 Manila residents received assistance during the city’s “People’s Day” at Manila City Hall on November 14, hosted by Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan and Vice Mayor Yul Servo Nieto.

The event provided cancer patients and those undergoing dialysis with critical support for medications, laboratory fees, and other medical expenses. Essential medical supplies, such as wheelchairs and oxygen tanks, were also distributed to those in need, underscoring the city’s dedication to supporting residents facing serious health challenges.
