Malabon’s CSWDD provides aid to Typhoon Pepito victims

As of 10:00 PM on November 17, the City Social Welfare and Development Department (CSWDD) of Malabon City reports that 91 families and 345 individuals remain sheltered in six evacuation centers across the city due to Typhoon Pepito’s impact.

The CSWDD, in partnership with the city’s Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, is distributing hot meals to ensure the well-being of evacuees. Meanwhile, the local government, together with barangay officials, continues to monitor the situation across communities to address emerging needs caused by the severe weather.
