Malabon supports small biz owners with aid

Eleven Malabon residents were given support for their small businesses during a ceremony on November 19 at the Malabon Amphitheater. The beneficiaries, who had participated in a Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) training earlier this year, received Bigasan Packages containing 19 sacks of rice, as well as Carinderia Packages for two small eateries.

Mayor Jeannie Sandoval encouraged the beneficiaries to nurture their businesses, and expressed her support for their continued growth. This initiative is part of a collaboration between DOLE, the Malabon City Government, and the Public Employment Service Office (PESO).
