‘Kalinga sa Maynila’ brings free services to Santa Cruz

On November 8, Manila held its “Kalinga sa Maynila” outreach program at Fugoso Street, Santa Cruz, offering free government services to the public. The Manila Health Department, City Civil Registry, Manila Department of Social Welfare, and other local agencies provided medical check-ups, legal consultations, and registration services.

The event also included free haircuts, massages, and business training from the Manila Manpower Development Center. The “Kalinga sa Maynila” initiative provides accessible support to communities within the city.
