DIZON EYES GABRIEL GO FOR DOTr ROLE

Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon is looking to recruit Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) official Gabriel Go into the Department of Transportation (DOTr), signaling a possible addition to the agency’s efforts to improve traffic management.

Dizon made the announcement Wednesday, although he has yet to disclose whether Go has agreed to transfer.

Go currently heads the MMDA’s Special Operations Group–Task Force for Road Clearing and has gained public attention through his social media posts documenting road-clearing operations and encounters with motorists and other individuals and their deviance on traffic rules. ###
