Comelec opens special satellite office at Nepo Mall

Nepo Mall Dagupan has partnered with the Commission on Elections (COMELEC–Dagupan) to open a Special Satellite Office for Voter Registration, officially launched on February 14, to make registration more accessible ahead of the 2026 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE).

The satellite office will serve residents of Dagupan City and nearby towns who wish to register, transfer their registration, or update their records.

Aaron Jeffrey B. Montenegro, President and CEO of JDN Realty Group, said hosting the registration site will make the process easier, faster, and more convenient for the community.

Dagupan City Election Officer Atty. Michael Franks T. Sarmiento underscored the importance of the partnership in delivering quality public service and expressed hope that the collaboration would mark the beginning of a long-term commitment to accessible and citizen-friendly voter registration.

Walurcich F. Dacanay, Mall Manager of Nepo Mall Dagupan, encouraged the public—especially the youth—to register and take part in the upcoming elections.
