Lapu-Lapu City recently honored three outstanding individuals who secured top spots in national board examinations, showcasing not only their academic excellence but also the city’s commitment to recognizing talent and fostering inspiration among its residents.
Kyle Christian Tutor achieved first place in the 2024 Bar Examination with an impressive 85.77 percent passing rate. Antoneth Acedre, another exemplary achiever, secured sixth place in the September 2024 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers with a score of 93.40 percent. Meanwhile, Dana Athena Augusto brought pride to the city by ranking tenth in the Radiologic Technology Board Examination with a passing rate of 91 percent.
Mayor Junard “Ahong” Chan led the recognition ceremony, emphasizing the city’s pride in these individuals’ achievements and their significance in inspiring others to strive for excellence. Honoring these topnotchers reflects the city’s commitment to fostering a culture of aspiration and resilience, encouraging the youth to pursue their educational and professional goals.
