Caracol Festival held in Malabon

On December 9, the Caracol Festival was held, marking the traditional celebration of the Feast of La Purisima Concepcion De Malabon, featuring a fluvial procession and street dancing. 

Carrying the theme, “Malabueño for Impo, Dance of Gratitude and Rising,” students from various schools participated in dances. Public officials also joined the celebration, led by Mayor Jeannie Sandoval, along with councilors Edward Nolasco, Nadja Vicencio, Leslie Yambao, Maricar Torres, Len Yanga, Paolo Oreta, Al Niño Galauran, Peng Mañalac, and City Administrator Dr. Alexander Rosete.

The Caracol Festival is an annual event organized by the Iglesia Filipina Independiente, Parokya ng La Purisima Concepcion.
