Airielle Ashley Cello Lape, a 13-year-old athlete from Barangay Ampayon, Butuan City, clinched the Bronze Medal in the Cadet Individual Single Weapon Category at the 2024 Batang Pinoy National Championship held in November at Robinsons Place Event Center, Palawan.
The Local Government of Butuan, led by Mayor Ronnie Vicente Lagnada, expressed their pride and support for Cello’s achievement. They also expressed hopes that more victories will be achieved by Butuanon athletes in future Batang Pinoy competitions.
