‘Barangayan Serbisyo Fair’ brings services to Tacloban communities

By David Vera

Tacloban City — On October 26, residents of Barangay 99 Diit gathered for the Barangayan Serbisyo Fair, an event organized by the City Government of Tacloban to provide essential services. The fair, led by Mayor Alfred Romualdez, offered services including health consultations, dental assistance, live birth registration, and veterinary services.

Tacloban’s local government, rebuilding from Typhoon Haiyan’s devastation, seeks to bridge gaps in public service accessibility through initiatives like the Barangayan Serbisyo Fair. This event reflects the city’s commitment to improving quality of life, especially in underserved communities, by offering residents easy access to vital resources.
